- Mostly for large international leasing companies or landmark brands (Cadbury, Peloton, Conway, Wimbledon tennis tournament…)
- Founder and the rest of the team at GRS stayed in their roles to grow the business to the next stage with the active support of Tosca Capital.
EPIC Media Group

- Leader in the fleet graphics design, production and installation nationwide mainly for the waste management industry
- Working for waste management companies, vehicle manufacturers and local authorities across the country
- Installation of an innovative frame systems allowing graphics to be regularly changed on the vehicles

MBA educated at Imperial College London, James was part of the initial leadership team at Hythe Marine Services (now Hythe Group) delivering specialist marine engineering and maintenance services to the defence sector. Under his leadership, Hythe group has expanded from a small operation to a 40-employee business generating in excess tens of millions of pounds of turnover.
More recently, James led UK Business and then EMEA division of the international family owned SAS International Ltd (the UK’s leading manufacturer of internal metal ceilings for the fit-out market)
James oversees operational due diligence as well as supports our subsidiaries strategic initiatives

Friend of the firm and adviser since (before) day-1, Jeremy is legal and strategic adviser to Tosca Capital. Overseeing legal due diligence and transaction documents legal negotiation, Jeremy also brings his business knowledge and experience in developing Tosca's strategy.
Jeremy is the founder of Solvaction, a law firm based between Paris and London. He is a sollicitor in both France and England & Wales. Jeremy has 20 years of legal experience with prestigious firms such as Orrick, Jones Day and Clifford Chance
